Jai Guru Deva, My politically ideology is definitely against two nation theory but after seeing this video I cant help but feel glad that Pakistan is a separate country. Jai Guru Deva My deepest condolences to the affected families in possibly the worst attack on humanity. People witnessed 9/11 and moved on, People suffered 26/11 and moved on; But this is something very very difficult to move on. For a long long time to come this will remain as the haunting memory to the collective conscience of humanity. In the backdrop of the recent avalanche in Siachen there was a mindless article in DAWN newspaper. The original article can be found here .This paper supposedly the best newspaper in Pakistan and this is its quality :( I read The Hindu News paper every day and never found such one sided articles bashing other countries. Despite my millions of differences with The Hindu I still say its a lot better than its Pakistani counter parts. Here is my Response: Firstly my deep condolences for the soldiers families. Dawn is one of the international newspaper which i read everyday (WSJ,telegraph being others). Despite some of the anti India/hindu articles many articles deal with the problems faced by Pakistan.. I particularly like the articles of NFP.. Now, this article is something where the real roots of terrorism are touched.. Finally some sort of justice has been done for the murder machine which threw doom on 200 innocent people and sent waves of panic across billions of people in the world. 26/11 created different responses across the world. Many in India were worried because it once again reminded them the bitter fact that their safety is compromised. Yesterday I had been to a friend's place and was watching some news channels.. every few minutes I observe some opinions or some updates keep breaking on the screen. Of course now every news in this country is a "breaking news" I never really understood what they mean by "breaking"! did the news came out after breaking something? I really dont know!! "15 Mumbai students committing suicides in 15 days" what prompted those 15 kids to put an abrupt end to their lives? as of today this question remains unanswered!! why is the media running away from probing this?? I have not seen any of the so called "investigative journalist team" making a move in this direction. End of the day this topic also has the potential to increase their TRP because the biggest selling formula in today's media is "Negative sells" but still nothing happened in this direction. Right from my childhood I never had a positive feeling about Pakistan. It may be because of my parents long term association with organizations like RSS. and my father making me a 'swayamsevak' so that I would learn some discipline in my life. And I got exactly what my dad expected. you know, i was always my mom's kid but some times consider my dad also :) well now the point of this blog is the video I watched in youtube. its just shocking!! and word shocking will not be sufficient to describe this. and i dont know any better word. may be 'horrendous' or 'grotesque' might fit.
